Eric was a bit shy at first but quickly warmed up to me as we got into some relaxed photos of the whole family...and I brought out the fun twinkle lights! Evan, the little guy, helped me distract him too with his curiousity. Being a big brother, Eric loved loving on Evan and giving him little beeps on his nose. |
This family shoot was so fun and sweet! Shirley and Nate were adorable and their two boys Eric and Evan were cute as little buttons. Working with toddlers can be a challenge to keep their attention but little Eric was a full of life and such a joy. Then the snowflakes came out. As an adult, things seem so simple to do, but we forget sometimes that many things are learned. Nate worked on teaching Eric how to blow snowflakes out of his hand but there may have been a flake or two inhaled instead. The twinkle lights were a huge hit with both boys, but Evan especially seemed intrigued by them and didn't want to give them up! It ended up being a fun hour of just playing with the boys but we did steal a couple minutes to capture some loving moments between Shirley and Nate too. As parents, we don't always get adult time but with the fun twinkle light distractions, we got that time...until Eric found the bag of snowflakes and tipped it upside down! haha...and then Parenting was back on.
