The afternoon had been rainy with rumbles of thunder filling the air and a strong breeze blew through the golden fields along the Rum River. Felicia made it to the location and I quickly realized that Mom and Daughter were the chatty ones compared to the boys. We started with a few family photos to get them started and then moved into some Senior photos of Connor. He didn't much care for his photo taken but Mom insisted on getting at least a few. As we walked through the fields, Felicia told us about her new job as an Elementary School Art Teacher and some of the funny things the kids do. |
As the family gathered at the meeting point planned, Susie directed Felicia into the correct area. Robert, 21 quietly hung out in the parking lot and Connor, a High School Senior, brough french fries back for everyone to snack on. Last week I was working with a family with two little ones and to see the difference between these families was fun. The interactions so different and much more relaxed and easy going. This is what my job is all about...capturing the different stages of life. Susie will soon move into a new season of her life as her children all move on to their lives and she finds new joys in her life as well. I feel so honored to spend time with Susie, Felicia, Robert and Connor and wish them all the happiness in life! Here are a few more blog posts you may enjoy...
